§ 60.031. NOTICE.
Official statutory text
In addition to other notice required by law, the temporary directors shall give notice of the election by publishing the substance of the election order in a newspaper with general circulation in the county in which the most land within the proposed district is located. The notice must be published before the 14th day before the date set for the election.
