§ 60.129. NOTICE OF HEARING.
Official statutory text
(a) In addition to other notice required by law, the board shall provide notice of an assessment hearing in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. The publication must be made not later than the 14th day before the date of the hearing.
(b) The notice must include the:
(1) time and place of the hearing;
(2) purpose of the proposed assessment;
(3) estimated cost of the purpose for which the assessment is proposed, including interest during construction and associated financing costs; and
(4) proposed assessment method.
