§ 5.61. TRAINING PROGRAM ON OPIOID-RELATED DRUG OVERDOSE.

(a) In this section, "opioid antagonist" and "opioid-related drug overdose" have the meanings assigned by Section 483.101, Health and Safety Code.

(b) The commission shall develop a training program that provides training on:

(1) the signs and symptoms of an opioid-related drug overdose; and

(2) the administration of an opioid antagonist.

(c) The commission may make the training available online.
