§ 7824. LIST OF VOTERS.

The tax collector of the county wherein such district is situated, prior to the election, shall make a certified list of the property taxpayers of said district and furnish to the presiding judge of each precinct a list of such voters in such precinct. No person whose name does not appear in said list shall vote at any election under this chapter, except as provided in the two succeeding articles.
