§ 7869. CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE FUND.

There is hereby created a "Construction and Maintenance Fund" of such district, which shall consist of all moneys received from the sale of bonds and all other amounts received by said district from whatsoever source, except the tax collections applied to the interest and sinking fund on bonds. All expenses of any kind prior to and after the filing of the original petition necessarily incurred in connection with the creation, establishment and maintenance of any district, and improvements, repairs, cost of maintenance, salaries of all officers and employ%21es, and all expenditures for any purposes of the district shall be paid out of such fund.
