§ 57.254. RESUBMISSION OF WARRANTY CLAIM.

If a warranty claim was rejected on the ground that the dealer failed to properly follow the procedural or technical requirements for submission of a warranty claim, the dealer may resubmit the claim in proper form not later than the 30th day after the date the dealer receives notice of the claim's rejection.
