§ 11.312. COMPLIANCE BY TERMINATED ENTITY.
Official statutory text
On the decree of a court requiring winding up of a filing entity's business, the filing entity shall comply with:
(1) the requirements of the decree concerning the winding up process; and
(2) Subchapter B to the extent it does not conflict with the decree.
