§ 152.207. STANDARDS OF CONDUCT APPLICABLE TO PERSON WINDING UP PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS.

Sections 152.204-152.206 apply to a person winding up the partnership business as the personal or legal representative of the last surviving partner to the same extent that those sections apply to a partner.
