§ 21.357. RECORD DATE FOR PURPOSE OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING.

The record date for the purpose of determining shareholders entitled to notice of or to vote at a shareholders' meeting or any adjournment of the meeting, as provided by the directors in accordance with Section 6.101, must be at least 10 days before the date of the shareholders' meeting.
