§ 21.754. PROCEEDING NONEXCLUSIVE.
Official statutory text
Except as provided by Section 21.755, the right of a close corporation or a shareholder to institute a proceeding under Section 21.752 is in addition to another right or remedy the plaintiff is entitled to under law.
