§ 39A.061. SATISFACTION OF CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO CAMPUS PLANNING AND SITE-BASED DECISION-MAKING.

Official statutory text

(a) The commissioner may authorize a school community partnership team established under Section 39A.051 to supersede the authority of and satisfy the requirements of establishing and maintaining a campus-level planning and decision-making committee under Subchapter F, Chapter 11.

(b) The commissioner may authorize a targeted improvement plan, an updated targeted improvement plan, or a local improvement plan to supersede the provisions of and satisfy the requirements of developing, reviewing, and revising a campus improvement plan under Subchapter F, Chapter 11.
