§ 39A.108. IMPLEMENTATION OF CAMPUS TURNAROUND PLAN.

Subject to Section 39A.110(a), following approval of a campus turnaround plan by the commissioner, the school district, in consultation with the campus intervention team, shall take any actions needed to implement the plan.
