§ 39A.114. TARGETED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AUTHORIZED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.

If the commissioner determines that the basis for the unacceptable performance of a campus for more than two consecutive school years is limited to a specific condition that may be remedied with targeted technical assistance, the commissioner may require the school district to contract for the appropriate technical assistance.
