§ 39A.154. EXTENSION OF MANAGEMENT CONTRACT.

The commissioner may require a school district to extend the term of a management contract with a managing entity if the commissioner determines that extending the contract on expiration of the initial term is in the best interest of the students attending the campus. The terms of the contract must be approved by the commissioner.
