§ 44.051. INTERFERENCE WITH OPERATION OF FOUNDATION SCHOOL PROGRAM.

An offense under Section 37.10, Penal Code, is a felony of the third degree if it is shown on trial of the offense that the governmental record was a record, form, report, or budget required under Chapter 48 or rules adopted under that chapter. If the actor's intent is to defraud the state or the public school system, the offense is a felony of the second degree.
