§ 51.902. CONTRACTS FOR TEACHER TRAINING.

Official statutory text

The governing board of any state-supported institution of higher education which trains teachers may contract with the trustees of any independent school district for the use of the public schools of the school district as laboratory schools for the training of teachers. The available local funds of the institution or the local funds of the school district may be used in the performance of the contracts.
