§ 52.16. PROCEEDS FROM BOND SALE.
Official statutory text
All proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized by Sections 50b-4, 50b-5, 50b-6, and 50b-7, Article III, Texas Constitution, shall be deposited in the state treasury in the student loan auxiliary fund.
