§ 61.063. LISTING OF PUBLIC JUNIOR COLLEGES; ELIGIBILITY FOR STATE APPROPRIATIONS.
Official statutory text
(a) The commissioner of higher education shall file with the comptroller and the state auditor on or before September 1 of each year a list of each public junior college in this state that has certified to the board under Section 130.003 that the college is in compliance with the requirements of Subsection (b) of that section.
(b) Only a public junior college included on the list under Subsection (a) is eligible for and may receive money appropriated by the legislature to public junior colleges.
