§ 7.070. COORDINATION OF DATA COLLECTION.

The commissioner may enter into agreements with appropriate entities as necessary to provide for the collection of data regarding college, career, and military readiness of public school students, including data maintained by:

(1) governmental agencies of the United States, this state, or another state;

(2) political subdivisions of this state or another state;

(3) public or private institutions of higher education; and

(4) relevant private organizations.
