§ 125.062. ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE TO ROTATING BALLOT BOXES.

The secretary of state may prescribe an alternative procedure to that of using two ballot boxes on a rotating basis at a polling place using an electronic voting system if the secretary determines that an alternative procedure is necessary for the efficient conduct of voting with the particular voting system.
