§ 501.105. ISSUE ON BALLOT.

(a) The issue ordered to appear on the ballot for an election ordered by the commissioners court must be the same as the issue applied for and set out in the petition.
(b) The issue appropriate to the election shall be printed on the ballot in the exact language stated in Section 501.035.
