§ 87.129. DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN BALLOTS VOTED BY PERSONAL APPEARANCE.

Voted early voting ballots retained or delivered to the main early voting polling place under Section 85.071(c)(2) shall be treated as ballots voted on election day at the same polling place for purposes of processing and tabulation under Chapter 65.
