§ 152.253. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.

(a) A money transmission licensee's name and mailing address or telephone number must be provided to the purchaser in connection with each money transmission transaction conducted by the licensee directly or through an authorized delegate.

(b) A money transmission licensee receiving currency or an instrument payable in currency for transmission shall comply with Chapter 278.
