§ 157.0061. RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION.

Official statutory text

(a) The registration of a mortgage banker expires on December 31 of the year in which the registration is approved and must be renewed annually.

(b) To renew a registration, a mortgage banker must comply with the requirements of Section 157.003 and pay a renewal fee in an amount not to exceed $500.
