§ 204.003. EXAMINATION; FEES.

(a) The commissioner may make examinations of a Texas state branch, agency, or representative office as the commissioner considers necessary to determine whether the office is being operated in compliance with the laws of this state and in accordance with safe and sound banking practices. Sections 31.105-31.107 apply to the examinations.

(b) A foreign bank that maintains a Texas state branch, agency, or representative office shall pay fees to the commissioner in accordance with Section 201.005 or rules adopted under this subtitle.
