§ 204.206. EFFECT OF REVOKED REGISTRATION.

Official statutory text

A foreign bank that has had its registration under this subchapter revoked shall cease all activities in this state. Continued activity in this state of an unregistered foreign bank is subject to Subchapter C, Chapter 35.
