§ 273.405. PROCEDURE FOR MERGER, SALE OF CONTROL OF, OR SALE OF ASSETS.

Official statutory text

A merger, sale of control, or sale of any of the assets of a member association under conservatorship in aid of which money from an account under this chapter has been advanced may be accomplished in the form and by the procedure the board and the commissioner consider appropriate.
