§ 36.103. BANKING COMMISSIONER INVESTIGATION AND CONSENT.

The banking commissioner shall review the documentation submitted under Section 36.102 and conduct any necessary investigation or examination. If the proceedings appear to have been properly conducted and the bond to be given by the liquidating agent or committee is adequate for its purposes, the banking commissioner shall consent to dissolution and direct the bank to publish notice of its pending dissolution.
