§ 36.106. OFFICES TO REMAIN OPEN.

Official statutory text

Unless the banking commissioner directs or consents otherwise, the home office and all branch offices of a state bank initiating voluntary dissolution shall remain open for business during normal business hours until the last date specified in published notices for presentation of claims, withdrawal of accounts, and redemption of property.
