§ 92.354. ALTERNATIVE OR ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES.

If the surviving financial institution is an entity other than a savings bank, the commissioner may accept, in addition to or instead of the requirements of this subchapter, the procedures and decision of the appropriate banking agency with jurisdiction over the surviving financial institution.
