§ 96.056. ACCESS TO BOOKS AND RECORDS.

Official statutory text

The commissioner, a deputy commissioner, or an examiner or auditor of the commissioner shall be given free access to:

(1) the books and records of a savings bank or a subsidiary or holding company of a savings bank; and

(2) the books and records relating to a savings bank's business kept by an officer, agent, or employee of the savings bank or the subsidiary or holding company of the savings bank.
