§ 30.00266. CLERK; OTHER PERSONNEL.

Official statutory text

(a) The city manager of the city shall appoint a clerk of the municipal court of record who may hire, direct, and remove the personnel authorized in the city's annual budget for the clerk's office. The clerk shall perform the duties in accordance with statutes, the city charter, and city ordinances.

(b) Sections 30.00009(c) and (d) do not apply to this subchapter.
