§ 403.504. COUNCIL OPERATION.

(a) A council member is not entitled to compensation for council service but is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing council duties.
(b) The council may hold public meetings as necessary to fulfill its duties under this subchapter.
(c) The council is subject to Chapters 551 and 552.
