§ 12.0128. HEALTH ALERT NETWORK.
Official statutory text
The department shall include local health officials, the Texas Association of Community Health Centers, and the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals in the department's Texas Health Alert Network to the extent federal funds for bioterrorism preparedness are available for that purpose.
