§ 12.035. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES FEE ACCOUNT.

Official statutory text

(a) The department shall deposit all money collected for fees and charges collected under Sections 12.0122(d) and 12.032(a) in the state treasury to the credit of the public health services fee account in the general revenue fund.

(b) The department shall maintain proper accounting records to allocate the money among the state and federal programs generating the fees and administrative costs incurred in collecting the fees.
