§ 12.037. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES.

(a) The department may modify, suspend, or terminate public health services to a person for nonpayment of billed services after notice to the affected person and an opportunity for a fair hearing.
(b) The executive commissioner by rule shall prescribe the criteria for department action under this section.
