§ 12.132. CERTIFICATION TO COMPTROLLER.

The department shall collect information relating to the unreimbursed health care expenditures of each political subdivision and, based on that information and using the formula established in Paragraph 5.B. of the agreement, shall certify to the comptroller the percentage of each annual distribution to be paid from the account to each political subdivision.
