§ 12.135. EFFECT OF DISPUTE.

A dispute filed under department rules adopted under Section 12.134 does not affect the percentage of the annual distribution of the earnings from the account to be paid to the political subdivision for the year for which the information that is the subject of the dispute was submitted.
