§ 32.101. ENHANCED PRENATAL SERVICES FOR CERTAIN WOMEN.

The commission, in collaboration with managed care organizations that contract with the commission to provide health care services to medical assistance recipients under Chapter 540 or 540A, Government Code, as applicable, shall develop and implement cost-effective, evidence-based, and enhanced prenatal services for high-risk pregnant women covered under the medical assistance program.
