§ 61.011. SERVICES BY STATE HOSPITAL OR CLINIC.
Official statutory text
A state hospital or clinic shall be entitled to payment for services rendered to an eligible resident under the provisions of this chapter applicable to other providers. The executive commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.
