§ 81.0814. CONSULTATION WITH TASK FORCE ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE.
Official statutory text
After declaring a public health disaster or ordering a public health emergency, the commissioner shall consult with the Task Force on Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response, including any subcommittee the task force forms to aid in the rapid assessment of response efforts.
