§ 85.011. CONTRACTS FOR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.
Official statutory text
(a) The department may contract with any person, other than a person who advocates or promotes conduct that violates state law, for the design and development of educational materials.
(b) This section does not restrict the inclusion in educational materials of accurate information about different ways to reduce the risk of exposure to or the transmission of HIV.
