§ 89.054. INMATE TRANSFER AND RELEASE.
Official statutory text
A copy of an inmate's medical records or documentation of screenings or treatment received during confinement must accompany an inmate transferred from one jail or community corrections facility to another or the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and be available for medical review on arrival of the inmate.
