§ 89.071. REPORTING.

Official statutory text

(a) A case of tuberculosis shall be reported to the appropriate health authority or to the department not later than the third day after the day on which the diagnosis is suspected.

(b) The results of a screening test shall be reported to the department monthly in a manner approved by the department.
