§ 152.1612. COMPENSATION OF COUNTY, DISTRICT, AND COUNTY COURT AT LAW JUDGES.

(a) The Commissioners Court of McLennan County shall annually supplement the salaries of the judges of the county and county court at law in an amount of not less than $1,500 nor more than $5,000 for services rendered to the juvenile board of McLennan County. The supplement is in addition to all other salary paid or authorized to be paid by the state to the judges of the county and county court at law.

(b) The commissioners court shall pay the district judges in the county an annual salary of not less than $1,500 for services rendered to the juvenile board. The salary is in addition to the supplemental salary paid to the judges under Section 32.155(a), Government Code.
