§ 22.013. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ON PUBLIC AWARENESS INFORMATION.

Official statutory text

(a) The commission, the department, the Department of State Health Services, and the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services shall enter into a joint memorandum of understanding that authorizes and requires the exchange and distribution among the agencies of public awareness information relating to services provided by or through the agencies.

(b) Not later than the last month of each state fiscal year, the agencies shall review and update the memorandum.

(c) The executive commissioner by rule shall adopt the memorandum of understanding and all revisions to the memorandum.
