§ 241.002. NO FORFEITURE OF CERTAIN CIVIL RIGHTS.
Official statutory text
Commitment of a child to the custody of the department does not disqualify the child in any future examination, appointment, or application for public service under the government of the state or of any political subdivision of the state.
