§ 31.0051. MINOR PARENT RESIDING WITH RELATIVES.

If the commission determines based on documentation provided that a minor caretaker who is receiving financial assistance and services under this chapter on behalf of a dependent child benefits from residing with an adult family member who is also receiving assistance under this chapter, the commission shall provide assistance and services to both persons as if they were living separately.
