§ 31.007. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS IN INSTITUTIONS.

Official statutory text

A person who is in an institution is eligible to receive financial assistance under this chapter if the person would be eligible to receive the financial assistance if the person were not in an institution and if the payments are made in accordance with the commission's rules promulgated in conformity with federal law and rules.
