§ 42.062. CERTAIN EMPLOYMENT AND SERVICE PROHIBITED.

A person may not be employed as a controlling person or serve in that capacity in a facility or family home if the person is not eligible to receive a license or certification for the operation of a facility or family home under Section 42.072(g) or has been denied a license under Section 42.046 for a substantive reason.
